By now, it is a well-known fact that Rehtaeh Parsons loved animals! That comes as no surprise to the animal loving community when her mother’s ECGSR is one of the mainstays of the Nova Scotia rescue community!
In keeping with that spirit, this Saturday, (April 20th) the Pavillion Youth Association will be an Anti Bullying Awareness Show in memory of Rehtaeh Parsons. It is being held at The Pavillion from six until ten PM.
Tickets are ten dollars. Advance tickets are available at all Ticketpro outlets now. Tickets will also be available at the door.
Someone … probably one of the little twerps who is desperatly trying to defend the actions of the four criminals and their bullying cohorts …. asked on the event page why admission is being charged? Seriously?
Clearly their reading skills are as poor as their judgement. Right in the event page it clearly states that in keeping with Rehtaeh’s love of animals, all proceeds will go to the Parsons family’s charity of choice, which will very likely be the Nova Scotia SPCA.
What time is it? It is time to share this event far and wide …. because clearly here in Nova Scotia we still have a real need to raise awareness about bullying!
